The Suomenlinna Centre welcomes visitors all year round. From the Suomenlinna Centre start the regular guided tours and the Suomenlinna Museum provides interesting facts about the fortress.
The shop offers souvenirs from Suomenlinna as well as literature and postcards. In the cafeteria visitors can enjoy a cup of warm coffee also in the wintertime.
The shop´s selection includes a wide range of products with Suomenlinna themes, such as souvenirs books and copies of historical maps. Also traditional finnish souvenirs and Moomin products can be purchased from the shop.
Tin soldiers
To the most colourful items in the shop are the numerous tin soldiers. They represent different time eras in the fortress history. We provide russian hussars as well as swedish officers. The high-class tin soldiers complement demanding collectors needs as well as new beginners interest.
Posters by Erik Bruun
Erik Bruun is one of the most outstanding graphic designers in Finland. Hes beloved posters with motives from the nature are drawn after real models. Erik Bruun has also designed the logo for Ehrensvärd Society. We are proud to be able to sell his design in our shop.
Historical Suomenlinna
Poster with historical subjects fit exellent in even modern interiours. Create a historical athmosphere to your home or office!
We provide also copies of historical maps in our shop. The maps illustrate the 18th and 19th Century in the Nordic countries and Suomenlinna.
Suomenlinna Museum
Suomenlinna Museum, located in the Suomenlinna Centre, showcases the eventful history of the island fortress from the 18th century to the present day. It also depicts the restauration of the World Heritage Site, Suomenlinna.
